Why am I being charged for seats after I removed them until next billing cycle?
The seats should be prorated as they have been deactivated without accest to the account.

Pipedrive operates on a prepaid subscription model, meaning that when you purchase a plan or add seats, the payment covers the entire billing period in advance. If a user is deactivated, the associated seat remains active—and billable—unless it's manually removed. To stop billing for unused seats, you can adjust your seat count via the Billing section. Please note that any changes will take effect from the start of your next billing cycle, and we do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
