Require Confirmation on Stage Change

Currently, when viewing a deal, it's very easy to change stages by clicking the green segmented bar.

It's very easy to accidentally change the stage with an errant click. This has two main problems:

1. It's not possible to edit the deal stage change history, so mis-clicks cause data integrity issues.
2. Automations that trigger on stage changes will be errantly fired. This is especially bad when those automations have customer-facing impacts.

I would love to see a "Company Setting" to require a confirmation on stage changes with a second click or other (ideally easy) confirmation.

Support suggested adding a required field for this, but we don't have a required field and we'd need to implement this for each stage in each of our pipelines which would be quite messy and brittle.
