Enhance Mentions in Notes to Include Contacts

Summary:
Currently, when writing notes in Pipedrive, users can only mention colleagues from their own company (Pipedrive users). It would be extremely useful to also be able to mention contacts (external people stored in Pipedrive) directly within notes.

Use Case:
When documenting interactions, users often need to reference specific contacts. For example:

• "Had a call with @Carlo. He mentioned they need two more days to decide. @Marla is the final decision maker."

Instead of manually typing names (which can lead to errors or inconsistencies), allowing mentions of contacts would:

• Speed up note-taking
• Improve clarity
• Create direct links to the relevant contact profiles
• Make it easier for teams to follow up correctly

Benefits:

• Streamlines workflow and record-keeping
• Improves team collaboration and context sharing
• Reduces ambiguity and manual searching for referenced individuals

Suggested Implementation:

• When typing "@" in a note, offer an autocomplete list of both internal users and external contacts.
