Aircall Integration - request for summary
Within Aircall you are able to see the summary, to do list and transcript of the call. I think it would be helpful as a sales representative to see the summary and to do list in the note of the call. Then if i need to refer back to the actual call then I would press the link to the call recording.

Thanks for the feedback! At the moment, when using the Aircall integration with Pipedrive, you are correct, the call note typically includes a link to the recording, but not the full summary, to-do list, or transcript. Those details remain within the Aircall platform.
However, I agree, it would definitely be helpful to have key information like the summary and next steps pulled into the call note for quicker reference. Since the integration was developed by Aircall and not directly by Pipedrive, I’d recommend sharing this feedback with the Aircall team directly as well since they’re the best point of contact for potential enhancements to the integration!
