Just saw the Facebook integration and it’s great but I honestly don’t understand why Pipedrive doesn’t offer the same for WhatsApp.

No CRM has all these channels in one place yet. This could really set Pipedrive apart and make things so much smoother for sales teams.

Even as a paid add-on, I think a lot of us would go for it. WhatsApp is huge for real-time client chats, it’s a must-have.

Not sure if this has already been posted – I couldn’t find it, but thought I’d share anyway.

    Karthik here - I'm the founder of Mercuri CX we have a WhatsApp integration for Pipedrive and are in the process of building the Instagram integration for Pipedrive.
