Where could the email I have sent be because I can not see it in the deal?

I have lost an email that I sent where can I check deleted emails or anything else to find it?

    Hi @Katie Lachter,

    If you sent an email that is synced to Pipedrive, but you can't locate it on the deal directly, I would suggest checking your sales inbox to see if you can locate it there! It may not be linked to the deal-

    If you can see the email here, you can open it to check if it is linked to a deal like this-

    Our email sync works as a mirror of your email provider, so if you are syncing that folder with Pipedrive, your email should appear in your sales inbox!
