Can we actually do drip campaigns in PD?
I thought using the automated campaigns and automations would allow me to set up a basic drip campaign. Update a contact field to the campaign name I want to launch, automations send out a campaign email, wait 2 weeks send out the second campaign email, wait 2 weeks send out the 3rd campaign email, and so on for the 90 day limit.
However, when I tested it, I can only send the automated campaign email once and would need to duplicate the automated campaign email to use it again then create a whole new automation with the copy.
Is it even possible to do a nurture campaign in PD with automations and a campaign email? The contacts receiving the emails need a way to unsubscribe if they no longer want to receive them, so I cannot just create email templates and then connect those to an automation.
PLEASE HELP! I have been trying to figure out a way to launch a nurture in PD for months now and every time I think I have it figured out, it seems I was wrong.

At this time, it’s not yet possible to build a full multi-step drip or nurture campaign using a single automation and Campaign emails in Pipedrive. As you mentioned, each Campaign email can only be used once per automation, and to send multiple emails over time, you would need to:
- Duplicate each Campaign email
- Create separate automations to send those emails at the appropriate time
- Ensure delays/ conditions are configured
This setup can work as a workaround, but we understand it can be time-consuming. In the meantime, many users use external tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign for more flexibility.
