    It would be nice to ask the AI assistant to create a checklist of tasks that needs to be completed for the deal (clickable checkboxes would be very helpful here). Then ask it to check off each task box that gets completed during the deal process. That way you can do a quick visual in the Focus area what has been accomplished vs what task are left to close the deal. Thanks Team!

    I have clients who might like to say something like the following:

    Please identify all overdue activities and distribute them to available time-slots in my calendar for the coming week.
    Similarly, please identify Deals which have no Open Activities. In each such Deal, please create an Activity of type "Task". Please distribute those tasks through next week.
