How can I set up alerts for Sales when their deal close date passes?

Hello @John N,

If you are on the Advanced plan or higher, you could make use of the Automation Date Trigger to achieve these alerts. I can share an example setup here:

We would recommend setting up the automation from an admin account who has visibility over all data, and you can customise the elements like how manys days after the expected close date the automation should check, the condition and the mode of notification itself.

Right now, within the automation, you can send emails, Slack or MS Teams notifications or an external webhook. We hope this helps!
