Hello everyone! I haven't found a way to do this, and is killing me softly. Here's what I'm looking for in a if/then automation workflow:

I want to set up an automation in Pipedrive for my sales pipeline, which has the following stages: Prospecting, 1st Contact, and Cooler.

Here’s the process I want to automate:

  • When a new deal is created in the Prospecting stage, automatically create an activity (call or email) for the initial contact.
  • If the activity is marked as "yes" (meaning contact was made), move the deal to the 1st Contact stage.
  • If the activity is not marked as "yes" and the due date passes, create a follow-up activity for 3 days later. Repeat this process up to 4 times if contact is not made.
  • If, after 4 attempts, the activity is still not marked as "yes," move the deal to the Cooler stage.

Is it possible to set up this workflow using Pipedrive’s native automation tools? If not, what’s the best way to handle the follow-up count and automate moving deals to the "Cooler" stage after 4 unsuccessful attempts? Any step-by-step guidance or examples would be appreciated!

Thank you all in advance!
