Link calendar events to People, Organizations, and Deals
My company recently moved to Pipedrive, and one thing we're really missing from our previous tool is the automatic linking of calendar events to CRM entities.
I understand that creating an activity will link the activity to the entity, but I have hundreds of events on our team calendars from the past that I would like sync'd to our entities in a way that is similar to how email syncing works.
I tried using the calendar integration, but it doesn't really work the way I would expect. It creates an activity for every event on my calendar, including events that have nothing to do with selling.
To me, it would make a lot more sense if Pipedrive only imported the events on my calendar that have attendees that exist in our contact database.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. When you choose two-way sync in the calendar sync, and activities scheduled for the future are carried over to Pipedrive from the external calendar, based on the invited people, we will link the Activity to the right contact person, but not to the Organisation or any deal. If these Activities are not linked to the Contact, please reach out to our support team so they can check this further.
