Why don't my campaigns receive automatic replies?


I've noticed that when we send email campaigns through Pipedrive, the designated reply-to address does not receive any automatic replies, such as out-of-office messages or notifications indicating that a recipient has left their company.
Is this expected behaviour (and if so, why?!), or could there be a setting or configuration that's preventing these auto-responses from being delivered to the reply-to address?
Our team needs to track these types of replies for data cleaning and follow-up processes

It is indeed expected behavior that automatic replies such as out-of-office messages or notifications about a recipient leaving their company do not get delivered to the designated reply-to address. This is due to a deliberate decision made by Pipedrive earlier to stop generating auto-replies and bounce notifications for campaigns to the reply-to email address. The rationale behind this decision is to maintain the integrity of the CRM system and avoid cluttering the reply-to inbox with automated responses that may not require direct action or could interfere with CRM workflows.
