Fix clunky deal progression with compulsory fields

Hi All,

Love pipedrive - hoping one feature or way it works could be improved - moving deals between deal stages on the mobile app when there is unfilled compulsory stages.

This may be a bug as it works perfectly on Desktop - very frustrating in mobile however and dealing with it multiple times an hour every day.

Long story short if you try and move a deal to next stage and have missed a compulsory field it pops up to complete that stage (good) but then once you’ve filled that field out and the deal is complete the expected outcome is it will be in the new stage - but no it jumps back to the original stage even though all compulsory fields are now complete. Then you need to go back and find the right deal again and move it again.


See attached in the video - the glitch at the end that moves it back to the original stage.

    Hi @IC thank you for the feedback. No video was attached but so we can look into this in more detail, can you please confirm that you have the most up-to-date app version? Also, are you using iOS or Android?

    Yes confirming we are on latest version of iOS app - this is happening for multiple people in the team so multiple devices.

    I’m on the latest version of iOS (it happened on older version). This is happening for multiple team members not just a single device.

    Thank you for sharing these details, this doesn't seem like expected behavior.

    Could you please uninstall and re-install the app from your device to see if it helps?
