Inputing an Email into ChatBot

Hi guys,
I have a B2B closed area for my clients, and i want to create a Chatbot for them.
So i know their name and email and i want my chatbot to get this information automaticly to short the way.

Is this possible or is it any workaraound exists?

    From the current implementation of Pipedrive's Chatbot, you can't pre-fill any information within the chatbot widget.
