Deliverability Investigation - PD Campaigns
Our recent Campaign had much, much lower open and click rates than usual - more than half lower than usual, with no visible reason. Same type of email content as usual, same sender, same list. We're authenticated in Campaigns.
I'm trying to find out the following information:
1. Where can I find the sending IPs for our Campaigns account? (Need to check whether a shared Pipedrive IP got blacklisted by another Pipedrive sender and is now harming our reputation).
2. How can we send a Warmy deliverability report from Campaigns? (I know the general steps to take, but need to speak with someone who has done this before and can call out any implications of the process/steps I might be missing).

I'm sorry to hear this last campaign didn't go as expected. Regarding the IPs, I would recommend reaching out to our support team, so they can check this out and send you as much information as possible.To get in touch with our support team, click on the question mark in the top right corner of your Pipedrive account and click Talk to us! You will also see your support chat history if you have previously reached out to support.
