Permalinks everywhere - why can't I link to some things directly?

I've been running into issues with my workflow in Pipedrive as not everything has a permalink.

I often discus deals with people on the team and will want to link to a specific email or other item in the timeline of a deal, but there's no way to get a link to that object.

Someone please help, I can't be the only one having this issue.

    Hi @johndbritton I think emails are an exception because you can hypothetically connect same account for each user and all those emails will be technically different. I do agree emails are difficult to link. This will be addressed a bit with team inbox (you can assign emails to users there).

    The best workaround currently is a note mentioning the user you want to inform on the deal explaining which email below you're talking about.

    But yeah, annoying problem and no, you are not alone :)

    Not an ideal workaround, but thanks for suggesting.
