How can I assign multiple products to one contact and view detailed information for each one?

Hi everyone,
I work in the insurance industry and would appreciate your guidance on how to manage multiple policies under a single contact in Pipedrive.
Example:
- In March 2025, I sold a client Policy 1.
- In April 2025, the same client purchased Policy 2.
I want each policy to be tracked as a separate deal, and from the client’s profile, I’d like to be able to click on each deal and see all the custom information I’ve added, such as:
- Premium amount
- Automatic increase percentage
- Payment method
- Reason for purchase
- Any additional details specific to that policy
What’s the best way to structure this in Pipedrive? Should I work with multiple deals per contact and use custom fields for each? Is there a way to link specific product details to each deal and view them clearly from the contact's page?
