Does anyone know why the mail synchronization with pipedrive is unstable?

My team member's mailbox is sometimes missing certain emails and stops syncing.

Hi @Blair Choi can you please have your team member disconnect and reconnect email sync? That resolves most issues, but if that's not the case please try the following
