Attachments in templates / snippets / library

I find that I attach the same files to emails repeatedly. I would like to have a library of standard attachments that can be included in templates or as snippets that I can insert into an email.

An example is that I have different getting started guides that I share with customers based on their environments and I have a short explanation of each.

When composing an email to a customer, I would like to quickly pull up that particular attachment and add it to the email with it's text description in the email body.

It would be great if at the very least files attached to the deal could be easily attached.
