How to see Email Open Clicks

HI All! I am still new to learning Pipedrive. Where do I go to see the email open clicks? I saw this yesterday for some of the contacts to whom I had sent emails. I have no idea where or how I saw this…and cannot find the same metrics today. Kindly assist and Thank You! Heidi

Hi @Heidi_RFQ_1 , email and link tracking can be enabled from your settings, and then toggled on or off from your inbox. You can find the steps to enable it in this guide.
