Email improvements needed

- allow alternate views similar to Outlook, e.g. preview on the right side of each email.
- ability to snooze an email, similar to Outlook and Gmail
- ability to un-send an email within 5 or 10 seconds similar to Outlook and Gmail.
These are basic improvements needed to get the email module to prime time. The dev team should pivot to this asap.
