Admins need to be able to control Synced Emails Automatically Linking to Deals
In our experience in managing over 50 Users with Email Sync turned on, we have found that the Email Sync > General settings feature of "Automatic linking" does not work well enough, and links email chains to Deals that are unrelated to what the email is about.
We provide guidance to all of our Users when they set up Email Sync to follow screenshots (like the one below) to set up their Email Sync appropriately. But if someone does not follow these instructions, their emails begin to sync all over Pipedrive to various Deals, leading to a hunt to find who has the setting turned on, followed by some cleanup of linked Deals.
It would be very useful and very important to how we use Pipedrive if this toggle (and really, every other setting in Email Sync) could be controlled by Admins!
