Has anyone built a post-sales claims management module in Pipedrive using Projects + Automations?

Hey Pipedrive Community 👋

I'm currently designing an automated post-sales claims module in Pipedrive for a heavy machinery company , and I’d love to validate the approach or gather new ideas from the community.

The current structure includes:

  • A deal marked as “Won” triggers the creation of a Project using a structured master template.
  • Strategic custom fields (such as Assigned Technician, Type of Failure, Warranty Status, etc.).
  • Fully automated workflow phases: Assignment → Scheduling → Service Execution → Closure → Feedback.
  • Automatic emails sent to the client at key milestones.
  • Dashboards for management visibility and inactivity alerts to keep things moving.
  • There still needs to be a Admin-like user that keeps control of these multiple instances.

What I’m looking for:

  • Similar use cases you’ve implemented successfully.
  • Ideas to enhance automation or improve customer experience.
  • Suggestions on how to measure the performance of this module within Pipedrive.
  • Any templates or setups you’d be willing to share (bonus points if they’re battle-tested 😄).
