What's going on with the mobile app?!

I’ve been loving all the new upgrades on Pipedrive, but it's a bit disheartening that the mobile app hasn’t seen any substantial improvements in years. While there have been a few small upgrades, they haven’t really transformed the experience.
As much as I rely on Pipedrive, I find myself waiting until I can get to a computer or use my iPad to make any meaningful changes. Even then, the iPad has its limitations when it comes to interacting with the web application, especially with formatting, as it sometimes cuts off areas of the page and makes it tricky to navigate.
What’s even more challenging is that so many great features from the web application are just missing in the mobile app. Features like the new Pulse feed, which helps me quickly see which deals need attention, would be incredibly helpful on mobile. It's often in those random free moments on the go when I want to follow up with a lead and keep that connection alive, instead of losing it due to lack of communication.
I really hope the mobile app gets some love soon, because a more consistent and robust mobile experience would make a world of difference for those of us working remotely.

Mobile has always been years behind. They used to advertise Desktop First CRM, not sure if they still do.

Hi @Alisha Purcell ,
I am Kristi, Product designer for Pipedrive Mobile Apps. You are right, mobile requires some long-needed love. We are currently in the process of defining the strategy and vision for the mobile apps for the upcoming years. Would you be up for a call (30 minutes, English) with us to share your experience so far with our mobile app? We would love to learn more about how you use it, what are the pain points (including expanding on those mentioned in your post) and to validate some assumptions about what future opportunities we need to tackle.

Customizable icon menu at the bottom would be a huge improvement. Similar to the sidebar on the desktop.
I never use contacts within the app as they are synced with my phone contacts already. I'd love to switch that with the lead inbox. That's the section I use the most on mobile and it buried in the back.0 -
+1 for Pulse on mobile. Huge game changer and mobile is the perfect place for a feed type view to catch up on forgot deals.
+1 for customizable icons at the bottom.
Search bar or search icon in Deals. Users need to be instructed to go to the Focus tab to search and can't remember.
Just some general organization parity with the website. For example, in Deals, a Summary tab before the Details tab. Admins and users organize the Summary section with fields they want quick access to and in the perfect order they want it in and then it's not available on mobile.
The Details tab could use a "Show Only Filled Fields" button. Scrolling back and forth to find your field on mobile get frustrating very quickly.
Mail needs some major love. Multiple mailboxes. Spaces do not work with templates or at least not with Outlook Mobile. A Mark as Unread would be especially helpful as well. I can't even view unread team emails because then they're marked read and the assigned user sometimes has their mailboxes filtered for unread emails.
Lastly, User Overview on mobile would help team managers be able to keep up with what their team is up to.
