Hi people, before the community desappear….(wrong desition of course)

Anyone know how can we find the URL of a deal "by system" (not by hand coping it from the browser) ? I need to add that URL to an email template. Adding that URL to a field and than call the field inside the template can work, but the URL is not offered like the ID or something else.

I need something like this https://account..pipedrive.com/deal/XYZ

Create a custom field and an automation to update that custom field with the URL every time a deal is created.

Hi Amit, thanks for the comment, in fact that was my solution creating an automation which I posted and what you comment could work for new deals and filling the field manually (copy/paste).

What I need is different, once the deal is updated after you won it, I send the email template to some users from other area with that URL field inside, filled with the URL deal. Something like:

Hi John, please check this deal ……………(URL link)

Like the notifications when you create a note with @user, the system send the deal URL as a link, all this manually works, but not in an automation process. As the URL is not offered by the system, I get stuck at this point. How would you fill the custom field with that URL text? At this point it should work under an automation to send emails in which template I call the custom field with the URL filled, but the URL is just in the browser and the Deal ID is not the same, it does not work as a link.

Any idea ????
