I’m automating the management processes, but the automations that I created and started sometimes replicate the action several times, but I can’t explain why.

The instant condition is to change the label to the customer , the two next actions, with 2 days delay are the forwarding of a preset email and the creation of an activity.

However, after the two days sometimes I find for example 3 emails sent and 3 created tasks.

I think I need to modify something in the stream and/or insert a traffic light. But the pipe features are limited.

Does anyone know what I can do?
