Insights update musthaves!
I’d like to suggest some improvements to Insights. We prefer to keep our reporting within Pipedrive, rather than relying on external tools. However, some third-party platforms currently offer significant advantages in terms of flexibility and features.
We believe Pipedrive could implement similar enhancements with relative ease, which would greatly improve the overall reporting experience and keep everything in one place.
1. It would be great if more general filters could be added to the dashboards.
At the moment, only date and user filters are available. It would be incredibly useful to have additional filtering options such as pipeline, organization, and/or custom fields — something that gives users more flexibility and control.
Right now, we have to duplicate entire reports and manually set individual filters for each one. This is quite time-consuming, especially when a report needs to be updated, as every single version then has to be adjusted separately.
2. When adding a report to a dashboard, please don’t place it at the top. It disrupts the entire layout, and sometimes causes other reports to shift out of alignment.
3. It would be helpful to be able to rearrange filters within a report without having to delete and re-add them individually.
4. Add the option to bulk delete reports and/or when deleting a dashboard the associated reports can be deleted.

+1 on the three points but especially on #2.
Placing the widget at the top causes the entire layout to shift and requires multiple widgets to be readjusted and it's even worse when you're not sure which widget goes where which causes a chain reaction of calls and messages from angry managers.
