Filter by Count of Options Selected

A way to filter people based on a count of options selected in a multi-select field. For example: Classes Attended (Option 1, Option 2, Option 3 out of 10 options are selected for a person) filter people who have 3 or more options selected.
Add "more then X selected" as an operator and let a user put a count say 3.
The reason is to filter say people who have purchased mutltiple products. Who are our "fans" customers.
