Hi all 👋

In an attempt to get more value out of the community we've gathered members working in the same/similar industries in their own industry specific channels.

Certain generic business problems or Pipedrive setup questions can be similar across your industry. By adding you all into one channel we want to bring you all closer to others who may have already solved certain questions you and your team are dealing with.

In this channel you can connect with people from all over the world working in Sales or Marketing in the same industry as you do making it easier to share and gain knowledge ✨✨

We highly encourage you to:

  • Post you industry specific questions
  • Share industry specific workarounds/tips
  • Create surveys/polls to learn from others in your industry
  • Think of other creative ways to learn and share

    Thank you Ines,

I am brand new to Pipedrive (still on trial) but loving it so far).

I'm sure I'll have many questions as I go but to start I would like to know how Financial Planners / Advisors who work with families not organisations are using "orgnaisations" in Pipedrive?

Thus far I assign the family as the organisation, the family members as people etc. but I am not sure if this is best practice.

I'd love to know how others have been doing it.

    Regards from Bucharest,

    Paul

Hi @Paul Downes, The truth is that if you have good visibility and can measure it, keep it up.

In my case, I do it individually since I will not offer the same product to the husband as to the wife.

By the way, have you tried the option to customize your funnel yet? It helps you a lot.

    Greetings from Mexico
