You should be able to connect any VOIP caller to Pipedrive, as long as you know what calling syntax to use. In your case, seeing as MS Teams is not one of the default options in the drop-down menu, you need to choose "custom" and then enter the syntax manually: Callto Syntax: Make VOIP calls from Pipedrive.

I can also tell you that we are working on an integration with MS Teams coming in the future.
