Days in a certain status

Basic question - I would like to see in a column the days a certain company is in a specific status but it seems that kind of  variable is not available at the menu,  which is scary because that´s one of the most basic information a sales guys needs do perform - how can I fix it ?

    Sorry I'm not a 100% sure if I understand you well but it's possible to see the time deals spend in certain stages of the pipeline when you open up a deal:

    However, if that's not what you mean could you specify what you mean by status or a company and how you'd ideally like to see this represented in Pipedrive?
