How do you manage recurrent sales?
I am wondering whats the best way to manage a customer you have already closed a deal with, and is willing to do further business in the future?
I've found out that if I create a new deal, I loose valuable information from past deals that may become handy.
any thoughts? I appreciate your help!!

I have created a field to be completed with new deals for renewals, additional, upgrades, downgrades and then you just link it with the organization/customer and contact person.
My team also indicates in the deal name whether it is an additional (add on for current customer) or upgrade etc.
