    Hi @Jeferson Umezaki !

    Yes, you can either edit the pre-existing templates or create new ones from scratch and type that text in your template. 

    Just keep in mind that the system won't know to differentiate the gender of the recipient, so you'll need to either have a single template that accommodates both cases or have one template for each gender. Learn more about email templates here.
