Contact sync to Outlook?

What is the best practices around sync should be shared (better to maintain in PD and sync to outlook? Or other way around?)

    @Ranjith You can set up Contact sync to be a one-way or two-way process n PIpedrive, depending on what works best for you; keep in mind that one-way only works from the external source into Pipedrive and not the other way around. Learn more about it here.
