Hello! Arseniy from Pipedrive is here!

I'm happy to announce the beta testing of Pipedrive and Zoom Integration.

What is available at the moment?

  • Scheduling Zoom meetings from Pipedrive linked to deals/contacts
  • Joining Zoom meeting with relevant deal context

What should I do to join beta testing?

  • Just write an email to me arseniy.titorenko@pipedrive.com and we will enable this feature in your company account

    looking forward to full implementation of this app , the more the better as I use Pipedrive as my mothership for my dept

    I usually integrate Acuity with Pipedrive and  am able to easily pass this information to PD via Zapier. What I'm most interested in to be able to add recorded call links to PD same as Kixie and Justcall do. Is that also part of the plan for this integration?

    Hi all, just my initial feedback on this. Obviously it's a great feature but I've scheduled 3 meetings this week and the password to the Zoom meeting is not being sent to the clients. 

    Obviously something you want to fix.

    @Paul Downes Hello Paul! So didn't you customers join the meeting? Or you just referring to what was sent?

    Hi @Arseniy ,

    First I wanted to say GREAT work to you and the team. The Zoom integration has worked great for everyone I've been working with and I couldn't be happier with the results. I did want to ask if it was already on the roadmap to be integrated into the scheduler? No rush, but if you have an insight or timeframe for calendar integration, I'd love to know :)  Some are still using calendly due to this one feature.

    Hi @Francisco Duwe there are currently no immediate plans but it has been up for discussion. I'll let the team know you'd love to see that integration.

    It would be great if Zoom also was integrated with the web forms so if someone signed up for an event, they could also receive your zoom registration automatically. This can be done via Zaiper but a seamless connection would be great.

     

    I agree with the recommendation above-zoom within scheduler would be amazing!

    Ive added Zoom app to my new Pipedrive account, but when I send out an email intending to invite the recipient to the meeting, the email goes out to them with a link to their calendar, but not only is the Zoom link missing, there is no message in the body of the email at all.

    So though I've installed the app, does it need to be synced with my Zoom account too?
