Track the speed of response when we receive an enquiry

Hi is there any way to track the speed of response when we receive an enquiry? I see the email stats that allow for tracking number of emails received, but we want to know how quickly these are being replied to

Does PD have this capability?

    Hi @Ian Mote !

    Pipedrive doesn't have that type of feature at the moment, so I suggest you check out the integrations available in our Marketplace; there are several categories, including ones specialized in emailing and in analytics.

    I have also forwarded your suggestion internally to our team for consideration in the future.
