Hello

How would you suggest me recording revenue for a saas product (license fee per employee) plus set up fees for the implementation?

    Hi @Marc Rudin !

    I can think of two ways to do it: 

    • If the payment is going to be done over time in different installments, I would use the Recurring Revenue feature.
    • if it's a one-time payment, I would create two separate products , each with their own unit cost, and add them to your deal: license fee per employee + implementation fee.

    You can, of course, have both in the same deal. I encourage you to play around with the features in a dummy deal and see what works best with your workflow. 🙂
