Data Storage Limits
We have a lot of large files we want to store along with customer data in Pipedrive and wanted to know if there is any limit to the amount of storage available and can you pay for additional if needed.

As far as I'm aware I don't believe we have a set hard limit of file storage per user, but I advise you to get in touch with our Support team and double-check with them. What I know for sure is that we don't sell extra storage.
As an alternative, instead of uploading hard docs into PIpedrive you can instead use the option of Syncing with Google Drive.
Among other things, it will allow you to work collaboratively, and without having to leave Pipedrive.

- The general storage capacity is unlimited indeed. If users are using their own cloud storage accounts then there might be limits depending on their provider.
- The maximum file size for uploading is 50 MB.
