How do you deal with tough clients on cold calls?

    This IS the problem :-) 

    Normally I prefer this schema: 

    1. Call companies' contact center, present myself and ask for the person's EMAIL I would like to talk to. I don't talk now.
    2. Send an email to present myself and my targets
    3. Waiting for a response,
    4. After few days - if I have not answer - I try to call directly or send another email

    Patience. You need a lot of patience :-) and... tracking all with Lead Inbox !
