What if admin users want to see deals that they follow?

According to the Knowledge Base article on Visibility Groups

Admin Users can still view and edit any item with this visibility restriction, as they have editing powers over everything in Pipedrive.

But what if admin users have some deals they follow, and they do want to see these deals only in the pipeline?

  • I know I can add a condition that shows every deal that an admin owns,
  • but I don't see any condition that shows every deal that an admin follows.

Do we have any filter that admin users can use to filter deals they follow?

p.s. I changed my question on July 8th. The original question was as follows:
But what if admin users have some deals they own or follow, and they do want to see these deals only in the pipeline?

  • I know I can add a condition that shows every deal that an admin owns,
  • but I don't see any condition that shows every deal that an admin follows.

Do we have any filter that admin users can use to filter deals they follow?

You can't do it through FILTERS - but you can create a custom group and control those users separately.

    Hi @Ted Youn !

In User Overview > Following you can see all the items that you follow, including deals, in a list format. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your message, @Inês Batata

    • I know that Admin users can see their following deals under 'User Profile' page, as you explained.
    • This question was from my client, and what he wanted was to see those following deals in pipeline—He wants to see their progress in pipeline.

I've talked to several Pipedrivers, and it seems that this feature is not supported right now.

I'm afraid it's not possible to filter for deals you follow in the pipeline view @Ted Youn .

    Hello @Vincent Bultot !

Right now there are no concrete short term plans to make these improvements. Unfortunately with many customers and requests and with limited development resources we need to prioritise and make choices what to deliver first.

We will make sure however our team will consider your suggestions but we can never make any promises. Thank you for your understanding!

I would also like to request this feature. You should be able to view deals in the pipeline by those items you follow.

Yes! We would definitely like to be able to filter by "Following".

I would like to request for this feature as well. What's the point of "following" a deal, if I can't see it easily via a filter…
