Email Templates are one of the easiest ways to save time as a salesperson - so what better way to increase your productivity than to start using email templates in Pipedrive!
Templates are available to Advanced and Professional users who have set up the Email Sync. Once you have that, using Email Templates is easy. You can add and customize templates by going to the Email tab of your Pipedrive account, clicking 'Compose', and then clicking the 'Templates' button in the bottom right hand corner.
