Change owner of a deal should be possible to be allowed to selected users and not only the admin

    Hi @Axel Wuensch !

    Regular users can also change the owners of deals, people and organizations, as long as the Admin user has given them the permission "See other users" and they can see the Deal (either by being the owner, a follower, or the deal being visible to the user's visibility group).
