Insights is upsetting!

Having significant issues understanding the insights tool. What fields count as custom and can be displayed in the insights tool? Why when I have fields that do the same thing some show up and some dont? Why is this tool so hard to manipulate? As a partner, this is the first part of the tool I have struggled with.

    Support of custom fields in Insights is available for the professional plan only. Here is a list of custom field types that are already available: user, date, multiple options, single option, monetary, numeric, person, organization.

    @Kalani Thomas I would suggest checking out the trainings available in the Academy and in our Knowledge Base; we've recently released a tutorial on how to convert your reports from the "old" Statistics into Insights, see here.

    Hi Kalani

    I think there is a  limit in the insights.  Custom Non text are needed for graphs. Custom Text are needed for the view option below the graphs. It would be great if you can add them. They are in the deal list but it is not as good as he nice insights.
