Searching for deals in bulk without a filter?

Hi there. Looking for advice on how to search for all deals matching a certain critera (keyword, etc) without having to make a filter for it?  I often need to find a lot of deals and move them to a certain stage at once. I just want to search from the search bar in the "list view" of the deal page and see all the deals, if I can so I can action them all together.
