Severe problems with Nylas service (Sync to Google/Exchange)
Hi everyone,
who else has problems using Pipedrive's Sync by Nylas to Googel (Calendar) and/or Microsoft Exchange email? We're facing problems regularly due to lost authentification an connection to Google and Microsoft services. Support is not able or willing to help.

We have had exactly the same problem with synchronizing with the Google calendar for several months. Support comes up every time with simple "solutions" that we have already tried, such as clearing cookies and the catche. This is not the solution and if this does not work then they do not know and the problem is passed on and you hear nothing more

This is Diana, we have spoken yesterday about your issue so I decided to jump in here.
As per the latest updates, since you calendar is not hosted in Microsoft or Google we are unable to currently support it. The IMAP accounts are only supported for email and contacts. I will share more details with you through chat
