BCC email not properly assigned to organization or person
I have problems with the functionality to add emails to an organisation or contact automatically. So I add the "BCC email address" to an email to a prospect, who's email address is registered in pipedrive . But the email is not always shown in the organization or the individual, and is stuck in the generic email function and thus not assigned. Any ideas what I do wrong?

This shouldn't happen. If a contact person has an email address linked to their profile and you send an email to that address it should show up in their detail page and on the detail page of the organization that person is linked to.
Perhaps it's easiest to reach out to our support team via the in-app chat or support@pipedrive.com so they can help you troubleshoot and understand what is happening.
