We are looking for an agency to work with to provide the support, direction and ongoing development of our Pipedrive tools. We currently operate a 20 user system, automation provided by Infusionsoft and additional SMS and Zapier tools. We are fixed to Pipedrive front end, however the tools that provide the automation and reporting can evolve. 

There will be a full hand over from the current agency partner. Need based on their desire to restructure their business into alternate sectors. 

The business is based in Milano Italy, however the management team all English speaking. We have internal resources to manage translation, content etc. Need is for the technical support, ongoing development and efficiencies.
