What is the best option to integrate Whatsapp within Pipedrive?
We are looking for a reliable option to integrate Whatsapp with Pipedrive, hopefully to have all conversations inside Pipedrive and not in the Whatsapp web chat, are there good solutions for this?

Hi @Rodrigo Rojas , I'm surprised at the lack of interest in this topic given that WhatsApp is such a popular communication tool. I am curious if you found an answer as I am also looking for the best integration option as well?
I am currently browsing through some Whatsapp APIs out there such as Twilio, Re:Amaze and Trengo and Respond.io

📱💬💼 As a user, I completely agree that the current WhatsApp integration on Pipedrive can be cumbersome and lacks certain features.
It would be great to have the option to initiate conversations as outbound messages, instead of only replying to inbound messages.
Additionally, the ability to utilize the API or a business account would provide more flexibility. Having a chatbot within WhatsApp would be highly beneficial. Most importantly, it would be ideal to keep all conversations within Pipedrive, rather than using multiple platforms. 🤝📥❌📤❗️
Do you know of any good options that address these concerns?
