What is the best phone dialer that integrates with Pipedrive
Hi everyone,
INHO what's the best phone dialer to use with Pipedrive?
We want to be able to manage a high volume of incoming calls during a upcoming busy period.
Any feedback you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Simplii is a great VoIP Provider, I have loved using them. They have all the feature you would need in your case including a power dialer for you hot list leads or any other list you might have that you would want to dial through. Call recording, SMS/MMS. You should definitely reach out to them, I know that they are running a huge COVID relief discount right now.

We use JustCall for voip - decent enough, realyly good customer support. Having said that their "powerdialer" - is a horrible piece of junk - unusable if you records have multiple phone numbers - only one number will get uploaded and duplicated. It is also really slow and cumbersome to use. You have to wait to listen to someone VM before you can drop your VM - huge time suck - not to mention what is does to your motivation to call

@Stacey A Wow, I am sorry to hear that, really makes calling a lot harder than it needs to be. Well if you are ever interested in taking a look at another provider, Simplii has a great integration.
