About the BCC-Mail function
- About the BCC-Mail function: If I send an email (with email@example.com in BCC) to somebody who is a contact in PD, but not a deal, why does the email not appear in the contact side of the person? (And is it normal that it takes some time – it’s a bit irritating, especially for people who are new with Pipedrive.)It just shows up in my PD-Mail folder, but not in the contact itself. Is this a bug or a permanent situation? We are not a classical sales team and not every contact is a lead, therefore its important to us to know if we can still safe mails to contacts, without them being a Deal.

The first thing to check would be this setting: https://sharing.pipedrive.com/ezAJ7f
If the "Automatically link emails with deals" setting is on - but, after forwarding emails using Smart BCC - the emails still do not get linked - please reach out to [email protected] or in-app chat.
And our specialists will troubleshoot and look into the issue.
